We arrived well into the wee hours of the morning and Jim let us in and took excellent care of us as we were starving due to nothing being open to grab a bite to eat at. Our room was very nice and clean. The bed was so vey comfortable to our aching bodies from and 8 and half hour drive. We recommend staying here and would gladly do so again under Jim's expert care and truly hope he gets a raise that he really truly does deserve, as he showed true southern hospitality and charm.
It was a good night's stay with a nice welcome from the front desk.
Location was kind of weird down a side street, but it was a quiet area. I thought they had complimentary breakfast. They do not. They do not even have complimentary coffee. Overall, it was a good experience staying here the rooms were clean and the staff was very nice.
Everything was great except this is the 1st time I've ever been in a hotel that didn't provide you lotion! Now they may have given me some had I requested it, but I've just never had to before. Everything else was perfect! The staff is great, the room was great, the beds and pillows are wonderful! The Bistro is being renovated so they put put breakfast things every morning. Granola bars, yogurt, fruit cups, juices and coffee.
Clean. Friendly staff. The building is made out of paper mache and balsa wood. Sound travels. The food area is NOT complimentary. Breakfast was nearly $50 with tip for two. Everything else was acceptable.
Jessel was an amazing greater ! Efficient, personable, professional, and most importantly kind! Same with Bistro person!!!!!
We enjoyed our stay! All of the employees were friendly and polite during our stay. We enjoyed the balcony, too! The bed was comfy, and my son and husband loved sitting on the couch to relax during the day. Having the TV turn towards the bed was a plus, too!
Booked here by accident thinking it was a different location but it worked out just fine. A bit further from UA than I would like but the price was unbeatable and the accommodations are great. The lobby is bright and welcoming. There is a bar where you can get coffee or cocktails. The pool looked nice. Not a single person in it. The maids were so sweet and friendly. The front desk was great. Excellent customer service here. The only negative I would mention is there isn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Aside from that it was a great stay.
